This entire week I’ve been in the mood to workout. I’ve started the Super Squats program again, and I’ve been jogging and boxing. I’ve also been browsing a lot more lifting sites than I usually do.
My wintertime workout routine is going to go as follows:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Press behind neck 3 x 12
Squat 1 x 20 supersetted with Pullover 1 x 20
Bench press 3 x 12
Skullcrusher 3 x 15
Deadlift 3 x 15
Pullover 1 x 20
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
Boxing
Abs
Jogging
Pull ups 2x failure
Dips 2x failure
Push ups 2x failure
I’ll also be juicing twice a day, eating lots of protein, and getting plenty of rest. Additionally, I picked up a Combat Sports FitDeck that I’m really looking forward to breaking in.
