Yeah I know, New Year’s fitness goals are really cliche.
But mine’s different.
Ever since my first semester of college, I’ve been working out and putting on muscle. While I’ve done a great job shedding body fat and getting into shape, I want to start bulking up.
My overall goal is to put on 25 pounds of muscle by my birthday in April.
To achieve this, I will be spending the next thirty days laying the foundations for my daily exercise routines and diet.
