What 30 Days of Discipline Did For Me
If 30 Days of Discipline was never written this site would not exist. That might sound a little dramatic but it’s true. I bought the book on December 3rd of 2012, six days later I started 30 Days To X.
In 2012 I really didn’t have a whole lot going for me. I wasn’t some Doritos eating neckbeard, but I could have easily become one. I hadn’t been to the gym since high school, my diet was garbage, and my hobbies consisted of video games and Netflix.
All of my goals were pie in the sky dreams. I wanted to be a writer and make money online but I lacked the motivation to work towards either. Instead my free time was squandered in front of the television.
Somehow I stumbled upon Victor Pride’s website Bold and Determined. I thought it was a little cheesy at first but it intrigued me enough to stick around. After reading through all of the site’s posts I decided to order Victor’s book 30 Days of Discipline.
It was the exact kick in the pants that I needed.

The book is as straightforward as they come. This isn’t a long read but it doesn’t have to be either. You get the information and then you take action. And 30 Days of Discipline is all about taking action.
Only through doing can you ever see results. Changing your habits and focusing on what you want will help you to meet goals. As Victor explains:

What 30 Days of Discipline Can Do For You

From personal experience I can tell you that this is a powerful read. I got so excited from it that I rushed out and bought a website where I could catalog my own 30 day challenges.
No other book has ever gotten me to do something that drastic.
In addition to getting me interested in blogging, 30 Days of Discipline convinced me to start hitting the gym. I started taking my personal health seriously and stopped sitting around and eating junk food.

I never wrote a review of 30 Days of Discipline before because I wasn’t sure how well it would work for readers. There are plenty of guys who visit this site and already have their lives together.
Last week I decided to dust off my old copy of the book and see if it was still effective. I got motivated from it just like I did back in 2012.
Even if you might be a little too advanced for some of the advice, like going to the gym or waking up early, you’ll still get a lot of inspiration from Victor’s message.
Because of this I’d say that the book is essential for any go-getter. The advice is timeless and you’ll get a lot out of it.

30 Days of Discipline is a great book and Victor Pride definitely knows what he is talking about. Out of all the self-help and motivational literature that I own this has been the most effective for me.
