“The problem with introspection is that it has no end.”
- Philip K. Dick
This weekend I’m going to meditate, I urge you to join me.
I’ve only attempted meditation twice before and claim no expertise on the subject. I also don’t believe in Ch’i, or Chakra; so this isn’t an expedition into any metaphysical realms.
I’ve simply heard that meditation has some great benefits, and I’m going to give it a shot.
To complete this challenge all you need to do is spend 20 minutes, both on Saturday and Sunday, meditating. While I suggest doing a little research into what type of meditation is suitable for you, feel free to use the schedule I plan on following:
Saturday and Sunday morning (immediately after waking up) – Meditate for 10 minutes.
Saturday and Sunday night (immediately before going to sleep) – Meditate for 10 minutes.
Since there’s no “wrong” way to meditate, everyone who takes up this task will succeed.
